Returning Items Bought Online
We trust that you'll be happy with your order! However, if you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days without providing a reason.
The return period of 14 days begins when your order is delivered.
Returns can be made via post, courier service, or in person. In all cases, products must be returned to the following address:
SISKO STUDIO, 1085 Budapest, Somogyi Béla utca 18., Hungary
Please note: If you return your order to a different address, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.
Return Options:
After returning an item, you may choose from the following options:
- Exchange: We can replace the product with a different size or another product (subject to stock availability).
- Voucher or Gift Card: We can issue the product value as a voucher or gift card, which can be redeemed online at any time in the future, or even gifted to someone else. (To redeem the voucher, simply enter the code at checkout.)
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed via PayPal or bank transfer. You will also receive a cancellation invoice.
Costs and Shipping Fees:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective, we will reimburse both the return shipping cost and the product price.
- Other Returns: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanging Items Bought Online
You may exchange your item for a different size (or even a different product while stock lasts) within 14 days of receiving it.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item.
If your order exceeds 200 EUR (or 75,000 HUF), we will cover the shipping cost of your replacement item. The return cost and any other fees, such as duties/customs, are your responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within Hungary
We provide automatic email updates about your order status. Please ensure your address, name, mobile number, and email are provided correctly for delivery. If you're ordering on behalf of a company, include the company name and billing/shipping addresses.
Shipping Times:
- General Orders: Shipping typically takes between 3-7 working days.
- Pre-orders: As part of our sustainability efforts, we avoid unnecessary stockpiling. Pre-ordered garments are made to order, and shipping may take 7-21 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery Methods:
- Store Pickup: You can pick up your order in person at SISKO STUDIO in Pest. Please note: payment is made online via the webshop, not in-store. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

- Home Delivery: Parcels are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm by a courier. If you're not home, you can arrange another delivery time with the courier. Make sure you provide an address where someone is available during these hours, such as a workplace.
Receiving Your Invoice
Once your order is processed, you will receive your invoice via számlázz.hu to the email address provided during purchase. Orders are processed on workdays between 9 am and 5 pm.
Refund Policy
- Refund Processing Time: If you request a refund, we will process it within 15 days after receiving the returned product.
- Damaged or Defective Products: The return shipping cost and the product price will be reimbursed.
- Non-Defective Returns: If you return for reasons other than a defect, the shipping fee is non-refundable and will be the customer's responsibility.
